THE TRAIN HOUSE

House for the Track renewal train, or a garage for that matter, has all basic architectural elements: structural members, volume, skin and above all, its function.

This house does not want to be an ordinary building. The semi-transparent envelope communicates with the surroundings, showing its essence while protecting the train from environmental influences at the same time.

The transparent building is a reinterpretation of railway carts. It is designed both as a part of a railway track and a train itself. A house for a train, the place where a train sleeps.
